Let’s keep things clear.
These service terms describe the remote computer support offered by RemotelyFixed. Please read them before booking or paying.
The $69.99 service
The displayed one-time total is $69.99 CAD for a remote session addressing the software issue selected in your booking. This includes diagnosis, repair work on that issue, and a walkthrough of the outcome. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Additional unrelated issues, hardware, parts, and third-party software purchases are not included.
What remote repair needs
You must be authorized to request service for the computer. It must turn on, run a supported operating system, and connect to the internet. Physical damage, failed hardware, and boot failures that prevent remote access may require an in-person provider. Contact us before paying if you are unsure whether your computer is eligible.
Scheduling and access
Your preferred time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A technician will arrange a suitable session and provide an estimate after assessing the issue. Timing depends on the problem, connectivity, and required scans or updates. You must approve remote access, and can stop the session at any time.
Your files and accounts
Back up important files before service when possible and close unrelated private information. Tell your technician about any business restrictions or sensitive data that could affect the work. Enter your own passwords when needed; do not send passwords in messages.
Outcomes, cancellations, and refunds
We work to diagnose and resolve the selected issue, but do not promise every fault can be repaired remotely or within a specific time. If a repair is unsuitable, cannot be completed, or you wish to cancel, contact us through your repair page. Refund requests are reviewed based on the work performed, circumstances, and applicable consumer rights. Any approved payment refund is processed through the original payment provider. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Payment and records
Your payment is processed by Moneris. A request enters the repair queue after payment is verified. You can view the repair’s status, messages, and available payment record in your account. Do not start a second payment if the outcome of the first is unclear; ask support to check it.
